Cecilia "Cece" Ringhofer

Cecilia  "Cece" Ringhofer, nee Brush, 86, of Belleville, Illinois, born Tuesday, June 22, 1926, in Raddle, IL, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Rosewood Care Center in Swansea, Illinois.

CeCe was a retired registered nurse for St. Mary's Hospital in East St. Louis, IL & St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Belleville, Illinois and California Nurses Associations and former member of the Senior Bowling League.  

She was preceded in death by her:

• Parents: Joseph and Sylvia nee Korando Brush
• Son-in-Law: Mark Whittington
• Sister: Velma Vasques

Memorials:  Memorials may be made to the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church or Hospice of Southern Illinois

Visitation:  Friends may call from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois.

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, August 3, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Eugene Prendiville M.O.M.I. officiating. Interment will follow at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
