Paul V. Sharpe

Paul V. Sharpe, 57, of Belleville, IL, born Wednesday, May 6, 1953, in East St. Louis, IL, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at his residence.

Mr. Sharpe worked as a Central Processing Operator for Memorial Hospital for 32 years. He was an avid Cardinal baseball fan.

He was preceded in death by his:

  • Parents: Nathan A. and Doris J. nee Arthur Sharpe, Sister, Mary Alleene Sharpe.

Surviving are his:

  • Son: Daniel P. (Sarah) Sharpe of St. Peters, MO,

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Memorial Hospital Foundation. 

Visitation: Friends may call from 1-5 pm, Sunday, February 6, 2011 at the Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, February 7, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Garrison officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Belleville, IL.
