Byron Turner
Byron (Gerald B. II) Turner, 52, born Thursday, September 8, 1960, in Saint Louis, MO, died Friday, October 19, 2012 at his home in Millstadt, Illinois following a long courageous battle with heart disease.
Byron was a graduate of Belleville West High School and attended both Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL and Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, IL. He was the former owner of Turner Risk Management and currently was an account representative for Vital Care of St. Louis.
He is survived by:

- Jerry Turner, 13 of Millstadt, IL
- Jack Turner, 10 of Millstadt, IL
- Parents: Jerry and Margaret (Skippy) Turner of Belleville, IL
- Sisters:
- JoElla (Dale) Turner - Huwer of Millstadt, IL
- Jan (Doug) Bolar of Millstadt, IL
- Nephew: Adam Analla
- Nieces:
- Rachel (Dan) Weir
- Elaine (Steve) Campbell
- Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and many friends
Among his recent words to his mother were, "I do not want to die but if I must, I am ready."

Visitation: Friends are invited to call at the Union United Methodist Church, 721 East Main Street, Belleville, IL on Tuesday October 23, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
Memorial Service: A memorial service will be held at Union United Methodist Church on Tuesday October 23, 2012 at 11:00 am.

My memorey of Byron will always be of a man full of life. With all the struggles he endured over the past 10 years that I knew him, I don't ever remeber him without a smile in his heart as well as on his face. He will be missed.
