Mr. Edwards worked as a Engineer for Alcetal-Lucent Technologies.
      

He was preceded in death by his:

  • Daughter: Chelsea R. Edwards of Wildwood, MO

  • Mother: Barbara nee Hoffarth Buck of Fairview Hgts, IL
  • Sister: Annette (Michael) Harris of Chesterfield, MO
  • Nieces: Kristin Harris and Andrea Harris
  • Nephews: Mitch Harris and Jack Harris
  • Father & Mother-in-law: James (Linda) Johnson of Freeburg, IL

Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday at Kurrus Chapel, Private interment will be at O'Fallon City Cemetery.

    I worked with Scott at Lucent. Scott was a good looking, bright, hard working young guy who loved and was very proud of his family. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
