Charles C. Hubbs Jr., 79, of Millstadt, IL, born Saturday, June 14, 1930, in St. Louis, MO, died Monday, March 1, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Hubbs Jr. worked as an aviation publication supervisor G.S.14 for U. S. Department of Defense in St. Louis, MO. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Floraville, IL, a life time member of the V.F W. Post 7980 of Millstadt, IL, a 50 year member of Columbia Lodge #474 AF & AM, Scottish Rite Bodies, Ainad Shrine, Legion of Honor, Transportation of Burns victims to Cincinnati and a U.S. Air Force Korean War veteran.

He is preceded in death by:

Visitation: Friends may call from 6-7 P.M., Thursday, March 4, 2010 at the Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.

Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matt Friz officiating followed by a V. F.W. service and a Masonic Service. Private family interment at Valhalla Gardens of Memory in Belleville, IL
