Helen M. Grant, 86, of Belleville, IL, born Tuesday, November 27, 1923, in Hillsboro, IL, died Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.

Miss Grant was preceded in death by:

Parents: Tony A. and Margaret L., nee Bess, Grant.

She was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church of Belleville, having served as a deacon and an elder. She had been a past officer of Metro HOPE, Junior Service Club, Soroptimist International, Group Action Council and Belleville Travel Club. Miss Grant had been employed by Mobil Oil Corporation, East Side Associated Industries and Southwest Regional Port District.

Her body has been donated to the Washington University School of Medicine.
