Donald A. Walz
Donald A. Walz, 76, of Belleville, Illinois, born Friday, July 10, 1936, in East Saint Louis, IL, died Monday, December 17, 2012 at his residence.
Donald was a retired Engineer for the traffic division of Illinois Department of Transportation. He was a member of Union United Methodist Church in Belleville Illinois, a life member and past commander of American Legion Fairview Heights Post, past commander of the St. Clair-Monroe County Council of the American Legion, a voyager of St. Clair Voiture 926 of the 40/8. He was active in the Okaw Valley Council of Boy Scouts and in his church community. He was a life member of the National Association of the Clock and Watch Collectors and a life member of Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and a United States Vietnam War Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his:

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois. A 40/8 ritual will be held at the funeral home at 7:00pm at Kurrus Funeral Home. Friends may also call from 10:00 am - 11:00 am Friday, December 21, 2012 at Union United Methodist Church in Belleville, Illinois.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, December 21, 2012 at Union United Methodist Church, with Rev. Ed Weston officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
