Orville  R. Stone, 93, of Belleville, Illinois, born Friday, October 25, 1918, in East Saint Louis, IL, died Friday, September 14, 2012 at Belleville Healthcare in Belleville, Illinois.

Orville  worked as a Salesman for E. St. Louis Journal. He was a member of Signal Hill United Methodist Church Belleville Illinois, and a U.S. Army WWII veteran who trained army navigators and pilots.

He was preceded in death by his:

Funeral:  Funeral procession will leave from Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, IL at 1:00 pm Thursday, September 20, 2012.  Graveside services will be held at 1:45 pm Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, with Rev. James Wheeler officiating.
