Julia changed my life as a very young girl. A neighbor brought me to First Baptist Church one day and my life was changed forever. The most generous person I have ever known-she taught me the true meaning of giving from the heart-wanting nothing in return. She simply wanted to quitely do the good that she knew was her mission from God. It is the Easter season and how fiting it is for her to join her Heavenly Father at this time. Julia always had a family she took care of at Easter. Our family did not have money to buy a new Spring outfit-she did not like "Easter outfit"-Julia dressed my brother, sister and baby sister completely-underware-socks-shoes-for as many years she thought was needed. I don't know how many families she did this for as she did not want
recognition for her generousity. She also paid our way to go to Lake Benton Baptist Camp. Truly a life experience the helped shape my life as a woman-and Mother.
I am so sad I cannot be there to celebrate her life with her loved ones. I am in Arizona with my oldest son and his family. I would venture to say-each person there -her loved ones, all had a part in who I am today. Because she reached out and made me feel welcome
the rest of you became such a part of my life I shall cherish-forever. I only wish I could be there to hug EVERY ONE of you. Jeanine-your precious kids-Dorothy-I know you are there-so many memories-so much love I send to all of you.
Julia, I shall never forget you-you were there at some of the most important times of my life. Thank you for being you. I know you will Rest in Peace-as you deserve it more than any one I have ever had the privilage of knowing.
The passing years can never erase the memories and love in my heart for you.
Thank you again,

My Dear Julia,
As I go down memory lane I think you have inspired me again.
For years people have told me I need to write a book.
As I think of the years gone by
and the people that have touched my life-you and my First Baptist Church Family-it is time for me to pay it forward and perhaps another life can be changed through telling how each life touches another and it just grows beyond our imagination. Your life was just beginning when it touched mine. When I say it was just beginning-you did more for more people and gave far beyond what I can imagine.
An angel for sure sent with love from God above.
Thank you once again for inspiration Julia,
Jeanne Van Hoose-nee Hudson
