Anita Emma Alden, 88, of Belleville, Illinois, born Sunday, December 17, 1922, in Biloxi, MI, died Monday, November 28, 2011 at her residence in Belleville, IL..

Anita worked as a salesperson for Macy's and Famous Barr.  She was a member of Rob Morris Chapter 98 O.E.S. .  

She was preceded in death by her:

• Parents: Oglesbee and Linda nee Heller, Allen
• Sister: Linda Dubov

Memorials; Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Violence Prevention Center.

Visitation:  No Visitation

Funeral:  Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, December 2, 2011 at Spring Valley Baptist Church, 522 Maple, Shiloh, IL with Rev.Gerald Darnell officiating.  Private family interment was held at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
