Barbara A. Ruemmler

 

Barbara A. Ruemmler, nee Trefftzs, 81, of Fairview Heights, Illinois, born Thursday, October 2, 1930, in Pinckneyville, IL, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Rosewood Care Center in Swansea, Illinois.

Barbara worked as a Teacher for 33 plus years at WM Holliday School in Fairview Heights. She was a member of Winstanley Baptist Church in Fairview Heights Illinois, Kappa Delta Pi  Honor Society and the Fairview Heights Planning Commission. She was a Sunday School Teacher, Church Librarian at Rosemont Baptist Church and the WMU Director.  

She was preceded in death by her:

Visitation:  Friends may call from 4:00pm - 8:00pm Friday, May 4, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home and from 9:30am - 10-:30am Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Winstanley Baptist Church.

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Winstanley Baptist Church, with Dr. Steve Phillips and Rev. Wendell Garrison officiating.  Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
