George A. Keller

George A. Keller, 90, of Belleville, Illinois, born Monday, February 14, 1921, in Detroit, Michigan, died Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at NHC Healthcare, Town & Country in Chesterfield, MO.

Mr. Keller was the founder, owner and operator for Keller Dental Laboratory in St. Louis, MO. He was a member of First Divine Science Church in Belleville, IL, Jefferson Barracks Lions Club, Missouri Dental Laboratory Association, Dental Laboratory Conference, Greater St. Louis Dental Laboratory Association and the VFW. He was elected to Mehlville School Board, the first person to become a national Certified Dental Technician from Missouri and he served in theU.S. Navy during WWII in the South Pacific.

He was preceded in death by his:

Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Divine Science Church or Alternative Hospice of St. Louis, MO

Visitation: Friends may call from 10-11 A.M., Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.

Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Annie Clark officiating. By his request cremation was held. Private family interment will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
