Della M. Welborn, nee Reiff, 91, of Belleville, IL, born Sunday, July 6, 1919, in Rockport, IN, died Monday, December 27, 2010 at Lincoln Home in Belleville.

Mrs. Welborn was a member of Queen City Chapter #697 OES and St. Clair County Anglers Club.

She was preceded in death by her:

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. James Slone officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.
