Junus "Whitey" DaRugna

Junus  "Whitey" DaRugna, 93, of Belleville, Illinois, born Saturday, May 3, 1919, in Whitehall, AR, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois.

Junus was a retired pipefitter welder for Local #101. He was a member of Christ United Church of Christ Belleville Illinois, St. Clair Lodge #24 A.F. & A.M. Scottish Rites Bodies, Ainad Temple, V.F.W. Post #1139 in Belleville, Senior Citizens of Belleville and was a World War II Navy veteran

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children

Visitation:  Friends may call from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Thursday, May 17, 2012 at  Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL. 

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday May 17, 2012, at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel, with Scott Adkins officiating.  Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
