Margie A. Donner, nee Weber, 77, of Swansea, Illinois, born Tuesday, August 21, 1934, in Lebanon, IL, died Monday, June 18, 2012 at Swansea Rehabilitation and Care Center in Swansea, Illinois.

Margie was a graduate of The Academy of Notre Dame.  

She was preceded in death by her:

  • Husband of 51 years, James E. Donner Sr. 
  • Parents: Edwin A. and Adele nee Lebert Weber 
  • Brother: Robert W. Weber

Surviving are her:

  • Son: James E. (Julie) Donner Jr. of Belleville, IL 
  • Daughter: Sandy (Duane) Moore of Belleville, IL 
  • Sister: June Enzwiler of O'Fallon, IL 
  • Grandchildren:
    • Katie Donner
    • Courtney Donner                       
    • Kelly Moore
    • Kari Moore 
  • Dear nieces and nephews

Memorials:  Memorials may be made to the Vitas Hospice or Alzheimer Association.

Visitation:  Friends may call from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois.

Funeral:  A funeral procession will leave from Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL at 9:40 am, Thursday, June 21, 2012 for a 10:00 am mass of Christian Burial at St. Teresa Catholic Church in Belleville, IL.  Interment will follow at College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, Illinois.
