Elsie B. Coleman

 

Elsie B. Coleman, nee Fullerton, 92, of Belleville, IL, born Saturday, March 22, 1919, in McLeansboro, IL, died Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Freeburg Care Center in Freeburg.

Mrs. Coleman was a member of Towerview Baptist Church and Belleville Senior Citizens. 

She was preceded in death by her:

  • Husband: Sherall Coleman
  • Parents: Ollie and Nellie M., nee Heck, Fullerton
  • Son: Kenneth Don Coleman
  • 6 Brothers
  • 3 Sisters

Surviving are her:

  • Sister-in-Law: Jodi Coleman of Carmi, IL
  • Nieces:
    • Virginia Sigman of Kentland, IN
    • Leslie (Ken) Davidson of St. Louis, MO
  • Several other nieces and nephews

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Towerview Baptist Church, Pleasant Valley Baptist Church or American Diabetes Association. 

Visitation: Friends may call from 11:00am - 1:00 pm., Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Towerview Baptist Church in Belleville.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Towerview Baptist Church, with Jack Kurrelmeyer and Ron Woods officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
