Cornelius "Neal" Thomas Ducey, Sr., 91, of Belleville, Illinois, born Sunday, August 31, 1919, in Columbus, OH, died Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Mr. Ducey practiced as an attorney for over 40 years in E. St. Louis and Belleville. He graduated with an undergraduate degree and summa cum laude law degree from the University of Notre Dame. World War II Army Air Corp Veteran earning 5 Bronze Stars in the Pacific Arena, member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Our Lady's Prayer Group, American Bar Assoc., Knights of Columbus, VFW, past president of St. Clair Country Club.

He was preceded in death by:

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Mount Carmel Cemetery Chapel, with Father Matthew Elie officiating. Internment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL
