Francis M. Todd

Francis M. Todd, 92, of Belleville, Illinois, born Friday, April 11, 1919, in Belleville, IL, died Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Francis worked as a Maintenece Supervisor for American Car Foundry and American Zinc Co.. He was a member of Saint Henry Catholic Church Belleville Illinois, Former member of the Belleville Moose Lodge and a member of the American Legion in Fairmont City, IL. and a World War II and Korea Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his:

• Wife: Marian D. nee Burkhard, Todd
• Parents: David A. and Edna  nee Schneeberger, Todd

Surviving are his:

• Nephew: John 'Jack' (Suzanne) Kupsky of Kirkwood, MO
• Great Nephews
  • Drew (Lori) Kupsky
  • Gregory (Amanda Buehring) Kupsky
• Great Great Nephew: Samuel Kupsky

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Belleville Humane Society.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4-8pm on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.

Funeral: Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at St. Henry Catholic Church 5315 W. Main Street in Belleville, IL, with Rev. Kenneth York  officiating.  Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
