David Neil Desautels

David Neil Desautels, Sr., 70, of Acworth, GA, died Thursday, March 4, 2010.

A Vermont native, Mr. Desautels served his country in the U.S. Army and retired with the rank of Tech Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of VFW Post 5408 in Acworth, GA and the American Legion Post #29 in Marietta, GA. He was also a member of the Air Force Sergeants Assocaition Division 452 in Marietta, GA and the Naval Air Station Yacht Club.

He is survived by his:

• Son: David Neil Desautels, Jr. of Acworth, GA

Funeral: Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 11:00 am Monday, March 8, 2010 at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, with Father Kenneth York officiating.
