Corinne L. Fehlig
Corinne L. Fehlig, nee Bextermueller, 99, of Belleville, IL, born Tuesday, October 1, 1912, in West Alton, MO, died Friday, February 17, 2012 at her residence.
She was a member of St. Ann's Sodality and Quilter Club at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL
Mom enjoyed spending time with her family, especially playing games with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. After she raised her family, she discovered the joy of quilting. She became a member of Blessed Sacrament's quilting group and looked forward to the weekly quilting days. Many wonderful and lasting friendships were formed as she added her stitches to hundreds of quilts. She also enjoyed playing pinochle. Mom was always happy to spend an afternoon or evening playing pinochle with friends. Mom had a long and happy life filled with love from family and friends. She will be missed by many.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday, February 20, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral procession will leave the Kurrus Funeral Home at 9:45 am Tuesday, February 21, 2012 for a Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
