Terry A. Blackwell

Terry A. Blackwell, 68, of Belleville, IL, born Tuesday, June 24, 1941, in San Bernardino, CA, died Monday, June 14, 2010 at Lincoln Home in Belleville.

Miss Blackwell grew up in Pierre, South Dakota. She worked as a Admitting Clerk for Touchette Regional Hospital. She also worked as a Secretary for the East St. Louis Chief of Police. She was an avid supporter of the Humane Society.

She was preceded in death by her:

  • Parents: Arvil and Florence, nee Lemonds, Blackwell
  • Sister: Judy L. Blackwell

Surviving are her:

  • Daughter: Kimberly Blackwell of Belleville, IL
  • Beloved Dogs, Dale and Reba
  • Dear Friends

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Belleville Humane Society or Donor's Choice.

Visitation: Friends may call from 9 - 10 am, Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, IL

Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Kurrus Funeral Home with Rev. Paula Wills officiating. By her request, cremation was held.
