Mary Frances Weilmuenster

Mary Frances Weilmuenster, nee Danley, 85, of Belleville, IL, born Saturday, October 25, 1924, in East Saint Louis, IL, died Saturday, November 28, 2009 in Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO

She married George Weilmuenster, the love of her life, on January 26, 1946 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in East St. Louis, Illinois. She was a graduate of St. Elizabeth's Grade School and was a graduate from St. Teresa Academy, Class of 1942.

Mrs. Weilmuenster worked at the Granite City Army Depot and was manager of the Commissary at Scott Air Force Base. After retirement she devoted her life, together with George, to their children and grandchildren.

Memorials: Memorials may be made to St. Henry's Catholic Church in the form of Masses, The Poor Clare Monestary or Belleville Humane Society.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M., Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois. Prayer service will be held at 7:30pm with Father Clyde Grogan.

Funeral: Funeral procession will leave Kurrus Funeral Home at 9:45am for a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00am Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at St. Henry's Catholic Church, with Fr. Ken York and Fr. Clyde Grogan officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
