Brandon Seper

Brandon Seper, 13, of Mascoutah, IL, born Saturday, December 23, 1995, in St. Louis, MO, died Friday, August 14, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville IL.

Brandon was a Student at Mascoutah Middle School. He was a member of the Lebanon Soccer Team. His hero was his dad Phil Seper and he loved the Navy.
