David B. Levan, 57, of Belleville, IL, born Thursday, December 20, 1951, in East St Louis, IL, died Monday, October 12, 2009 at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Mr. Levan worked as an auto part warehouser for the State of Illinios. He was a member of Gothic Lodge #852 AF & AM, Scottish Rite Bodies, Ainad Shrine and Krazy Klowns.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4-8 P.M., Thursday, October 15, 2009 at the Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois. There will be a Krazy Klown walk through at 7:00 pm, Thursday, October 15th at the funeral home.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 16, 2009 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug White officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ava, Illinois.
