Mary J. Janis, nee Maher, 72, of Mascoutah, IL, born Friday, November 26, 1937, in St. Louis, MO, died Friday, December 25, 2009 in her residence.

Mrs. Janis worked as a Bus Driver for Laidlaw Bus Company driving in the O'fallon, Ill school district. She was a member of 1st Assembly of God church in Mascoutah, IL.

She is preceded in death by:

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M., Tuesday, December 29 at the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.

Funeral: No Funeral services will be held. By her request cremation will be held after visitation.
