Norman R. Hoff

Norman R. Hoff, 91, of Swansea, IL, born Thursday, February 7, 1918, in Tripp, South Dakota, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, December 27, 2009 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Mr. Hoff was the beloved husband of Mary Irene for 63 years. He served in the Army during World War II, worked as a Grocer for A&P and was a Deacon at Winstanley Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by:

  • 6 Brothers and 3 Sisters

  • Son: Paul N. (Kim) Hoff of Lebanon, IL
  • Daughter: Janet L. Wilson of Grand Rapids, MI
  • Sister: Edna Heisinger of Mitchell, SD

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Dr. Steve Phillips officiating. Private family Interment.
