Mrs. Blackard was 65 year member of Westview Baptist Church in Swansea, IL

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, January 16, 2009 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL
