Emilie L. Coombs, nee Davis, 94, of Glen Carbon, Illinois, born January 13, 1914, in East Saint Louis, Illinois, died Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

She is preceded in death by her:

  • Parents: Charles A. & Elsie nee Ekstedt Davis
  • Sister: Charlotte Wohlgemuth
  • Sister: Joan Nash.
She is survived by her:
  • Daughter: Caron (Robert) Dour of Maryville, IL,

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 3, 2008 at Kurrus Funeral Home with Thomas A. Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Glen Carbon, Illinois.
