Service Date: February 12, 2018
Christopher Storie, 27, of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Okawville, IL, and Belleville, IL, born Saturday, May 5, 1990, in Belleville, IL, died February 5, 2018, in Plano, TX, tragically taken from us in a work-related accident doing the job he loved.
Christopher graduated from Missouri Military Academy in 2009 and served as an infantryman in the US Army, including duty in Afghanistan and earning the rank of SPC and numerous awards. Living in Germany and hanging out with his brothers at their local hangout, The Goose, and making friends for a lifetime are memories he treasured.
A 2017 graduate of Retail Ready Career Center in Garland, TX, with HVAC certificate, Christopher most recently worked for K&S Heating & Air Conditioning in Garland, TX, as HVAC Technician. He previously worked for Milestone Heating and Cooling of Texas and Road Ranger in Okawville, IL.
Christopher loved music and playing the guitar, especially MGK, James Faded Evans, and Jay Out, and enjoyed playing video games, daily using Facebook Live (and frequently banned). He truly was his grandmother’s grandson, speaking his mind. He spent time with family and friends, and many referred to him as “Dennis the Menace;” “Chainsaw” was a name given to him by his grandpa from his Little Devils Days. He was a social butterfly from the time he started walking and talking, and he loved everyone!
Preceding him in death were his:
