Service Date: August 26, 2017

Michael our Ohana will miss your kind and gentle spirit and your special encouragement for each of your cousins who looked up to you. We'll miss your positive outlook and smiles at Family reunions in Hawaii. May you Rest In Peace until we see you again in heaven where we know you are reuniting with family and friends who have gone before us.

Out of all the places that I have worked, I've never worked with such a charming person as Mr. Gipson. I tell you the truth, Michael was a person that never complained about anything. If something was wrong in his life, you would never know because he always had such a positive impact on people. I wish he was still at US Bank, because in spite of his disability, he got the job done all the time. I will never forget such an icon and hero. God bless Michael's mother and all of his family. GONE FROM THIS WORLD BUT MICHAEL'S SPIRIT IS STILL PRESENT

I was able to work with Mike on a few committees during his time with us. He always had such a positive attitude and I really enjoyed working with him and hearing his ideas. I have a habit of walking really fast and Mike would come around a corner as I was coming in the opposite direction and we would both stop so suddenly and laugh every time as though it was the first time we almost ran into each other. He was a special guy and is dearly missed.

Michael was such a kind soul. Always had a smile on his face and a laugh to give. He will be missed and never forgotten around here (at U.S. Bank). We will always remember him flying around a corner and trying to take us all out. He thought that was pretty funny most days. :) Rest in Peace Mike.

I was fortunate to work with Mike albeit for too short a time. Despite many challenges Mike always had a smile on his face and a sense of humor as he tackled each day. Mike was a favorite among his peers and anyone who was fortunate to cross paths with him. Prayers to his family and many friends and rest in peace Mike we will miss you.
