William was the owner for Distributed Generation Marketing Services Inc & Distributed Generation marketing Services Jamaica Ltd & C3 Energy.

He was preceded in death by his:

Visitation:  Friends may call from 12 noon - 3:00 pm Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois.

Funeral:  Memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Doug Stewart officiating. Special speakers Bob Boyd, Chris Hughes and Leon Hunter.  Private family interment was held.
