Daniel F. Holeman Jr. , 67, of Swansea, IL, born Wednesday, July 7, 1943, in East St. Louis, IL, died Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Saint Pauls Home in Belleville, IL.

Mr. Holeman Jr. worked as a driver for Area Disposal in Peoria, IL and was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He was preceded in death by:

  • Son: Daniel Holeman

Funeral: Funeral procession will leave at 9:30am Tuesday, October 5, 2010 for a graveside services at 10:00am at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO. Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

    Danny was a man's man and his life was about his family. That was obvious just by talking to him. Even though our busy lives have separated us through the years, Danny was always kindly spoken of in our home. Bob will always fondly remember fishing and barbequeing with Danny. He will be missed.
