So many memories to cherish! I have very early memories of Uncle Lawaine, including when I got scared and refused to go down the aisle as the four year old flower girl at his and Aunt Grace's wedding. :-) We enjoyed many joint birthday celebrations while I was growing up, as we were both part of a fairly large contingent of family members with August birthdays. It was always a great time going up to visit Aunt Grace, Uncle Lawaine and the cousins. Uncle Lawaine... great values, always friendly and quick with a joke... service to God, church, country and family... a truly nice guy who will be greatly missed by many, but our loss is heaven's gain. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you who were fortunate enough to know him as family or friend.

May God make His presence felt at this time in your life through the peace and comfort that only He can give. You are in my prayers, and Lawaine will truly be missed.
