Sybil L. Weber-Goebel
, nee Beasenburg, 87, of Belleville, IL, born Tuesday, September 25, 1923, in Jackson, TN, died Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Four Fountains Convalescent Center in Belleville, IL.

Mrs. Goebel worked as a ward clerk for Centreville Hospital and was a member of Prospect Park United Methodist Church in Fairview Heights, IL.

 

She was preceded in death by her:

  • Parents: Chester and Ocie nee Usery Besenburg
  • Daughter: Kathy Weber
  • Brother: Charles Beasenburg

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Prospect Park United Methodist Church

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday, June 20, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Karen Oplt officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
