Colleen Ford
Colleen Ford, nee Wimberly, 77, of St. Louis, MO, born Wednesday, March 22, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan, died peacefully at her daughter's home on Friday, April 9, 2010, after a 5 month battle with cancer.
Colleen was a retired administrator with the St. Louis Health Department. After her retirement she moved from Belleville, IL to St. Louis to be near her dear daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters, whom she loved with all her heart. She was a courageous, intelligent, fun-loving woman who touched the hearts of many with her kindness and wonderful sense of humor. Colleen was an awesome grandmother, showering Brookie and Logan with love and laughter at all times.
She was preceded in death by:

- Daughter: Lynn Allison Wolfe
- Her son-in-law: Dr. Oliver J. Wolfe

Visitation: Friends may call from 5-7 P.M., Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Kurrus Funeral Home. A private burial service will be held at a future date.
