Harry R. "Rich" Hern, 73, of Belleville, IL, born Tuesday, June 23, 1936, in St. Louis, MO, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Hern was a retired machinist and supervisor for McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, MO where he worked for over 30 years and was U.S. Army Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his
