Raymond C. Rayburn

Raymond C Rayburn, 76, of Mount Olive, IL, born Saturday, August 18, 1934, in Washington Park, IL, died Sunday, May 29, 2011 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Mr. Rayburn was in the Army from 1957-1959. He worked for Norfolk & Western Railroad, and was a member of Iron Workers Local 392 for 40 years. He was also in Gothic Lodge 852 AF & AM For 49 years.

He was preceded in death by his:

Memorials: In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be given at the funeral home for the VNA-TIP Homecare in Staunton, IL 62088 

Visitation: Friends may call from 4-8 pm Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois. Masonic Service will be held on Wednesday June 1, 7:00 pm.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Eddie Barbier officiating. Interment will follow at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.
