Ruth M. Wagner nee Doepke, 84, of Belleville, IL, born September 30, 1923 in E. St. Louis, IL, died Friday, May 9, 2008 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Mrs. Wagner was a retired Beautician and belong to the Beautician Union in E. St. Louis, IL. She was a member of Community of Christ Church in Shiloh, IL and sang in the choir and played the violin for the Community of Christ Church in E. St. Louis, IL and graduated from E. St. Louis High School in 1942.

Mother - Flora E. nee Smith Jentsch

Survived by her loving Husband - Horace F. Wagner of Belleville, IL whom she married 66 years ago in July.

Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at Community of Christ Church, 330 Tamarack Lane, Shiloh, IL with Ron Soloman officiating. Private family burial will be at Valhalla Gardens of Memory in Belleville, IL
