Steven Gray Schmulbach, , 52, of Belleville, IL, born August 27, 1955 in E. St. Louis, IL, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at his residence. Mr. Schmulbach was a retired crime scene detective for the Belleville Police Department after 28 years of service. He was a member of Winstanley Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, IL and the Illinois Police Association.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Kurrus Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Steve Phillips officiating. There will be a private family internment.
