Newton J. "Joe" McManus Jr, 78, of Belleville, IL., born August 10, 1929 in East St. Louis, IL., died Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Willowcreek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Belleville, IL.

Joe was a retired truck driver for Swift & Co. and Superior Forwarding. He was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church, Local #600, V.F.W. Post # 87 Fairview Hgts, Avid Golfer and a U.S. Korean Navy Veteran.
